All products sold on zetuka.com are authentic handwoven Assamese textiles sourced directly from certified weaver families of Sualkuchi and across Assam. We make every effort to accurately describe and represent our products. However:
- Product colours may vary slightly due to screen display settings and natural dye variations
- All handwoven products carry minor natural variations in weave — this is a characteristic of authentic handloom, not a defect
- GI (Geographical Indication) tagged products are certified authentic by the respective authorities
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions or availability without prior notice
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order on zetuka.com:
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment via our Razorpay payment gateway
- You will receive an order confirmation on WhatsApp and/or email after successful payment
- We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards and net banking through Razorpay
- Payment is processed by Razorpay — a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway regulated by RBI
- zetuka does not store your card or payment details at any point
- In case of payment failure, no amount will be deducted. If deducted, it will be refunded within 5–7 working days
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion with a full refund
Note on Test Payments: During our testing phase, payments made using test credentials are not real transactions and no actual money is charged.
5. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on zetuka.com are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable GST will be charged as per Indian tax laws. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed separately at checkout.
6. User Conduct
By using this website you agree NOT to:

Shipping Policy
Effective Date: April 2026
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Guwahati, Assam via Shiprocket using trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC and India Post.
1. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹3,000 — FREE shipping across India
- Orders below ₹3,000 — Flat ₹120 shipping charge
- Shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout before payment
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Northeast India (Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland etc.) — 2–4 working days
- East India (West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha) — 3–5 working days
- North & South India (Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka etc.) — 4–7 working days
- Remote / rural areas — 7–10 working days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, natural events, or courier delays beyond our control.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day
- You will receive a tracking number on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message with the courier name and tracking number. You can track your order directly on the courier's website or via Shiprocket's tracking portal.
5. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-delivery charges will apply.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged due to transit, please:
- Take a photo/video of the damaged packaging and product immediately
- WhatsApp us at +91 83999 44210 within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
7. International Shipping
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping for NRI customers will be available soon. Please WhatsApp us for special international order inquiries.
Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love every zetuka purchase. If something is not right, we are here to make it right. This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- The product has a manufacturing defect or damage
- The product was damaged in transit
- The product is significantly different from the description on our website
Not eligible for return: Products that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery. Custom or personalised orders. Products returned without original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Share your order details and clear photos/video of the issue
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Do not send products back without approval from our team
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI/card/bank account)
- Razorpay processes refunds — the timeline may vary by bank
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Handloom Note: Minor variations in colour, weave pattern, or texture are inherent characteristics of authentic handloom products and are NOT considered defects. These natural variations make each piece unique and are part of the handwoven heritage.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery for size or product issues, subject to availability. Exchange shipping is borne by zetuka for verified cases.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund
- After 12 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed as the order may already be packed

- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible

The Muga Silk and Pat Silk of Assam are protected under the Geographical Indications of Goods Act, 1999. Any misrepresentation of non-Assamese products as Muga or Pat silk is illegal under Indian law.
4. Reporting Infringement
